Back when I was still an ESL student, it seemed that all the lessons fit a particular pattern – bits and pieces that would eventually fit into a whole (maybe). Unfortunately, my attention usually strayed long before that happened. Today, teachers of English Learners have many more options but the problem still lies in how to turn them into a cohesive lesson. I feel that the brain research provides us with the “science” of teaching, but it is still up to the teacher to create the “art” of teaching (which is what eventually made the classroom a magical place for me).Alvahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05699088391419547727noreply@blogger.com
